History

Over 35 years ago, Conley Outreach was created by founder Bruce Conley as an extension of the Conley Funeral Home in Elburn IL. Specializing in bereavement aftercare, it provided a support group, literature and individual counseling to grieving people in this community and beyond. In 1999 Conley Outreach became a 501(c)-3 non-profit organization, and since that time, has expanded its scope to meet the ever changing needs of this growing community.  From the West Towns Network to the many community based programs and grief events, Conley Outreach remains committed to providing its services at no cost or for a nominal fee. Since 2012, it has been recognized as a Better Business Accredited Charity Program for meeting all 20 program standards.
