Natural caregivers live throughout the West Towns area. They are who people go to when they have problems.
They're not professional
counselors, just good friends and neighbors.
The Conley Outreach Community Care Team (CCT) unites these natural caregivers in our community's clubs, churches,
schools and businesses. Community Care Team members can also volunteer through Conley Outreach
to improve their communities by:

CCT members receive basic training in how to effectively
listen, respond and refer people who need help. They learn how to set appropriate limits to
avoid burnout. CCT members also receive:
