“Reining in Grief” is an equine-assisted event that uses horses to help children (ages 6-12) understand their grief. Held at Blazing Prairie Stars Barn, 47w635 Beith Road, Maple Park. Sessions are offered in the Spring and Fall. Both sessions are on Sunday and run from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Children must wear sturdy shoes to participate (no sandals).
